I&#8217;ve just upgraded to version 2025 and now I also have Redshift, so I&#8217;m looking into this again now&#8230;  Right now I&#8217;m exploring vertex maps and also the vertex color tag, this shows some promising results, but not sure if it&#8217;s going to be scalable for large projects.</p>

You need to verify your Adobe account to use AFX so you&#8217;d also need the creative cloud app to run alongside not to mention a ton of other processes that need to spawn with AFX, and AFX doesn&#8217;t run in a portable version.</p>

<p>Youtube re-encodes all video that you upload, so whatever the file format, however many channels or metadata you have, it all gets normalised, so all audio channels get merged into a single stereo stream.</p>

I have windows 11 and keep it fully up to date, and do 80% of my animation and 3D modelling in Visualize R20 which works without a single problem. Not to be pernickerty, but obviously the pixels themselves don&#8217;t &#8220;move&#8221;, they are static and just change color&#8230;  so you can&#8217;t track pixel movement, you have to track changes to the pixel color&#8230;  but unless you&#8217;re in highly controlled&hellip;</p>

With a better / faster SSD, you can increase your paging file, and also use it for fast caching, which while it doesn&#8217;t do the same job as RAM, it does reduce your systems dependency on RAM.  A better RAM with faster combined i/o speeds will also help computations complete much&hellip;</p>

You could create the mask pattern in photoshop or something and just use an image series as a mask for the colored box graphic.  Shouldn&#8217;t be too difficult if you know your way around After FX</p>

<p>If lens correction is off for both images, they should composite correctly.  Once you&#8217;ve composited and got your final image, you can apply Camera RAW as a smart filter to re-apply the lens correction afterwards.</p>

I get what you&#8217;re saying but also interested in an example where this would be useful &#8211; I&#8217;m not sure what I would do with it personally.</p>
<p>If I wanted to do anything like this, I wouldn&#8217;t split it out into project files personally, I&#8217;d prefer to split it out into different comps&hellip;</p>

<p>These errors are sadly part of the Premiere Pro workflow &#8211; Adobe always like Premiere Pro to run into a few errors occasionally, this is part of a special user selection process.  If you&#8217;re good enough to solve the errors and keep working, then you&#8217;ve passed the test and you can keep using&hellip;</p>

So it could be 4 digits which would run from filename_0000.tiff, filename_0001.tiff through to filename_9999.tiff.</p>

<p><span>Firstly, the precomp that holds the replaceable media is at the bottom of your comp.  This is fine, but you also have &#8220;adjustment layer&#8221; turned on (the half filled circle).  Adjustment layers affect layers beneath them and as there are no layers beneath this layer, this just hides the layer.</span></p>

Just cos it looks 3D doesn&#8217;t mean it has to be 🙂</p>
<p>There are no real 3D effects involved here, no lighting, no shadows, no reflections etc, so 3D is overkill.  Just create a few ellipses, make them wider than they are high and stack them, you&#8217;ll get this same effect much more simply.</p>

<p>However, using the replaceable media function should work ok if it&#8217;s setup right &#8211; sounds like it&#8217;s still not working for you?</p>

Illustrator also intelligently adds &#8220;midpoint&#8221; point for snapping &#8211; it isn&#8217;t a real point but appears when snapping to objects. </p>
