    Unsupported GPU Processing Mode

    I get the error Unsupported GPU Processing Mode, please review GPU drivers and GPU config. under preferences. I put GPU selection in auto. My Nvidia k4200 Graphics card is grayed out so I can’t select it when starting Davinci. Any help appreciated.

    what version of Resolve? what platform / os / system are you using?

    I’m using 18.6.6 Resolve. Here are my computer specs.

    Dell T7910

    Win 10 Pro Build 19042

    Xeon E5 2689 V4 2.4 mhz 14 Cores

    32 GB Ram

    Quadro K4200 GPU

    Tech support solved my problem. They told me to install the studio driver for the Nvidia video card. All is fine now.
