How to achieve this?
Hello there! I would like to know how to make the the appearance and disappearance of the colored rectangles in after effects. I dont´t know if a script or plugin may help. Thanks in advance!

They seem to follow a standard masking pattern. You could create the mask pattern in photoshop or something and just use an image series as a mask for the colored box graphic. Shouldn’t be too difficult if you know your way around After FX
