I’ve had way too many issues trying to make a master out through Media Encoder. I always do a lossless or ProRes out of AE and then recompress in ME. I’ve also occasionally had hiccups and switching the render engine in ME helps.</p>

<p>If after effects, you could make a separate audio track with your effects and link the distance to dB levels. So as the camera gets further away increase the levels of the sound effects, but that might cause other issues. It would be better to finish the&hellip;</p>

The only thing I can think of and have experienced is that you’re working on a mp4. I’ve experienced issues before when trying to do something quick on an mp4, as soon as i swapped it out for an mov the issues went away. So maybe try converting to an mov or mxf and see what happens?</p>

<p>You can use “b” and “n” to set the beginning and end of your work area. Set your preview settings to only render the work area. Then it shouldn’t shift.</p>

To further clarify what Filip said. If the path in Illustrator is not a true stroke it will not convert correctly. What you end up with is a bunch of merged paths &#8220;simulating&#8221; a stroke. You need to go into Illustrator and change any compound path to true stroke. You also need to make sure that the stroke is &#8220;aligned&hellip;</p>

<p>You can use &#8220;[&#8221; and &#8220;]&#8221; to move a layer based on it&#8217;s in-point or out-point. When pressing these keys it will move the layer/pre-comp to the current time.</p>
<p>You can use &#8220;Alt + [&#8221; or &#8220;Alt + ]&#8221; to trim the layer/comp to where ever the time indicator is.</p>

No real way to fully compensate for it except with those setting I mentioned.&hellip;</p>

Install VLC, it has better support for video codecs. If you are getting audio only this is almost always a video codec issue. Equally so using VLC will fix it.</p>

You can use sampleImage to look for the change from white to black and connect that to any transform property, scale, position, rotation, etc. Then all you have to do is animate a gradient moving.</p>

The text data index is expecting 2 values but since there is a comma it is interpreting that as 3 values and breaking. Try replacing the comma on your slider using a .replace(‘,’ , ‘.’) function. Should be able to pick whip the slider on itself and add that to the end. This is just a&hellip;</p>

Illustrator to AE strokes will only come in as a stroke if you keep your stroke set to center aligned.</p>
