  • Rendering Frame Numbers on each frame of exported video.

    Hi – is it possible to export footage from AFX so that a corresponding frame number is displayed for every single frame of video. For example in the bottom right corner I would like 01 displayed for the first frame and 02 for the second frame and …45 displayed for the 45th frame and so on and so on. Is there a setting or plugin to enable this or does it have to be coded using actions. If the latter, can anyone help ?

    Couple of options. You can render out to or compress with Media Encoder and in the Export Settings under the Effects tab there is a Timecode Overlay toggle. Or you could create a text layer and add the expression to the Source Text.

    timeToFrames()
