Is that screenshot you provided a still image or from a video? Depending on what the answer is, since its a very small lens flare, I would probably try to the Eyedropper tool to get colors similiar to the skin tone of the character near its eyes and try to fill the lens flare with at least 2-3 different color tone so when you look at it from afar, it would still look mostly natural and not notice the flares, just make sure the color tones are close to what it is right outside the flare. But that would be mostly possible in photoshop if its a still image you are showing us. Should work similiarly with After Effects but I cannot say for sure if its the same cause I am much more experience in the photoshop side.

Ohh I see, so you are hoping to replace the AE composition you have currently on Premiere Pro with another one but you wish to replace it within AE so that way the changes reflects on Premiere Pro afterwards?

Sadly I am unable to see this GIF file, may have been an error when you posted this question. But if you wish to use a LED/Bright Light for your After Effects, first you select two images you wish to transition and pass them to the timeline. Have the first image start from 0 seconds and then an image on top of it that starts around the 5 second mark. Then there you can probably find a stock footage online for Lens Flare that you can use to transition between the two clips. Yeah it should be able to indeed work with your graphics card. Able to tell me the rest of the computer specs you have so I can confirm if the specs meets the minimum requirements? Sometimes there could be glitches in the background happening that prevents you from applying the lighting effect. If it worked on your Elements 3D within After Effects, it should work out of it too. May want to restart your computer to see if it works better or reinstall the application. Good luck!

Have you tried going to the Window -> Lumetri Color, checked it and have it appear on the right side of your Premiere Pro screen? There you can play around with the Lumetri Settings like Intensity, Sharpen, Vibrance, etc. to see what works best for your clip direct. I just select a clip I want to apply the Lumetri settings and see how it looks better. Below the Lumetri settings, you will find a curves, color wheels, HSL Secondary and Vignette tabs. Yeah that is pretty strange indeed. It would make sense if you copy the whole keyframes with the edited attributes, it should come with the same edited settings when pasting, it is a pain to take an extra step in order to do so. After doing some research too! Yes, it is possible to combine shapes in Elements 3D, which is a 3D compositing and animation tool that is available as part of the Adobe After Effects suite. Here’s how you can combine shapes using Elements 3D:

Create your shapes using the Shape tool in Elements 3D. This can be a circle, square, triangle, or any other shape. You can also import shapes from other 3D software if you prefer.

Once you have created your shapes, you can position and rotate them in the 3D viewport as desired.

You can also add textures, materials, and lighting effects to your shapes to make them more realistic.

To combine shapes, you can select multiple shapes using the Select tool, and then use the Combine option from the Edit menu.

This will join the selected shapes together, creating a single object.
