LED/Bright Lights transition effect?
Hello,
Does anybody know how to achieve this transition effect in AE as seen in this GIF?

Sadly I am unable to see this GIF file, may have been an error when you posted this question. But if you wish to use a LED/Bright Light for your After Effects, first you select two images you wish to transition and pass them to the timeline. Have the first image start from 0 seconds and then an image on top of it that starts around the 5 second mark. Then there you can probably find a stock footage online for Lens Flare that you can use to transition between the two clips.
