After testing with other apps such as After Effects, I can see the anomalies caused by the time warp.
I dont think these h.264 files at 29.97 can cut the the slow-mo Im looking for.
Now I really wished I had an Epic for this one 😉 -

I didnt think this was possible at all.
Ive always wanted to export to a virtual disc (the purple ones).
Ive been using XDCAM for years on the Avid side and I brought this up to Avid if it was possible.
The answer then was no. -
Noticed this a few times. You have to make sure that the clip is really selected (even though the Inspector says so). Then select the effect and press big delete.

Ned sorry to hi-jack your post but how are you finding Lion with FCPX and Resolve Lite?

Im not sure if this is the same thing but I posted a tip that when I lost all my connections to the original QT files, re-importing into the same Event as your prev connected both Event and Project.
This if course are the actual files that were dis-connected.
Maybe different if you render the same lenght and format/name?
I would have to test this. -
This happened once to me but it was around the first week.
Now during FCPX time, I will check the dates on my Events and Project files to see if its updating.
Now since that first time, I havent ran into that problem. -
