What was their reason for dropping Shake? Seemed very promising, caught on, then dropped abruptly in 2009.

Are you on a Mac? Repair permissions (if you’re not already doing this weekly, or leaving your computer on 24/7).

Those look like they might have been made in Illustrator. If so, can you use vector files instead of bitmap?
Make sure your originals are large and that the edges of your graphics have a smooth, aliased edge. Some of the graphics look good, some look a little jagged.

Ok, first you’ll have to make a mask in Photoshop to define the alpha channel, then, in the channels palette, duplicate that mask to “save” it as an alpha channel. Save your Targa and in the save dialog that pops up, make sure you see “Alpha Channels” checked off. Choose 32-bit Targa and you’re done.

HDV video is encoded with the H.262/MPEG-2 Part 2 compression scheme. So you’ll probably need to convert it to ProRes afterwards.

Try repairing permissions (Disk Utility). If that’s not it, try a clean re-install of Photoshop.

Open all 80 files in photoshop. Stack them all up in one image, so, 80 layers…in the order you want them to be. Crop once. Save each layer as a JPG with the appropriate name.

Use the text tool and click on the text, as if you’d be typing/editing the text, then simply drag the handles for the text box.
