Apps can get wonky if you’re not repairing permissions on a regular basis. You can also leave your computer on all night to automatically run scripts that will repair permissions. To run them yourself, use Disk Utility: https://kb.iu.edu/data/aoxn.html

CTRL+U or APPLE+U to adjust Hue/Saturation (click the colorize checkbox, brighten, then add saturation and move the hue slider to the desired color).

Use Adobe Dynamic Link to bring your Premiere project directly into Encore so you’re not having to render out of Premiere first – let Encore do the work and encode your video into a Blu-Ray specific format:

I would simply animate in black bars at the top and bottom to decrease the viewing area to 550px

At the very least I’d say you’ll have to create two projects in Adobe Encore – one for SD one for HD. You can probably build one project in Premiere in HD and output two MPEG-2 streams from there – one for the HD version, one for the SD version.

After you scale the image down, sharpen it, then fade the sharpen you applied to dial it in.

I would probably create lower thirds specifically for mobile devices. Or, create a lower third that works for mobile but is not too large to work on other screens, that way you’re only creating one project.

Set the Opacity and Flow of your brush to 100%, 100%. If you want to reduce the feathered edge of your brush, increase the hardness by right-clicking (with the brush tool already selected) and using the slider control to change from 0% to 100%.
