That’s it! Thanks. Am I right in thinking that, in a multi camera shoot, an easy way to make editing easier is to reset the counters on all the cameras and then start them all on Run Time at the same time?

On my capture settings for Log and Transfer with an AVCHD card, I want to say I can only do regular stereo and matrix stereo. Mono is not an option. I’ve never seen it as one before. Am i wrong?

I didn’t know this about the Dells. All the Dell Ultrasharp’s are a bit off with color calibration? There is no way to rectify it? I guess it’s not th ekind of monitor you’d use for post production anyways….

The G-tech I have been using does indeed have multiple FW 800 ports. So, you’d recommend connecting one HD to the MBP by connecting it to the other hard drive? I can imagine that can get the HD’s to act funky, but I have no idea.

out of curiosity, can one plug one hard drive into another? why would i ever want to do that?
