Any thoughts on these monitors for an HMC-150?

the Marshall 5 is kinda meh, haven’t tried the others. Have you looked at the DP6? it’s a bit more spendy but worth the coin.

A lot lighter- higher quality image on screen imho. It’s worth a look. Google for some reviews if you want to explore more. Good number of camera folks I know are totally sold on the DP6.

There is also a TV Logic Monitor of the same size that uses the same screen as the DP6 that is also supposed to be pretty good. Somewhat more money than the DP6, but you also get a wv/vectorscope.

This might be a stupid question but…………if im shooting in 1920×1080, wouldn’t i ideally want a monitor that is 1920×1080? do such things exist that work fit on top of an HMC-150? I see the DP6 is not.

Someone recommended this monitor to me today. Any thoughts? how does it compare to the smallhd?:

I ended up getting the SmallHD DP6. Anyone here use it and got any tips on it?
