Maybe make your path however you want it, then just overlay a stripey pattern onto it, then fiddle with the overlays orientation. Then you can rasterize it and select the base color and delete it?

FC can not do too much with audio. Try adding a 3 band EQ and fiddling with that, you may be able to isolate some of the frequencies the buzz is from and lower them?

I know little about hardware, but I would not rule it out.
The guy said something about “the new features utilyzing openGL, maybe something to do with that?

“You can’t do it in Final Cut you need to use Motion or After Effects.”
False. You can achieve this soooo easily in FCP! You just need a fundamental knowledge of Photoshop.
Now dont get me wrong, you shouldnt use FCP for this, but it’s possible and convenient.

I did the titling at the end entirely in FCP and photoshop. Should have spent more time on it, but oh well, it was my first time.

Agreed. I would make freeze frame, bring it into photoshop and put the subject on his own layer. Then make each word on a new layer, under and over the subject, respectively. If you actually spent 10 minutes on it, you should be able to pull it off twice as good as the example given…

I cant seem to get spill suppressor to function properly either, so I resorted to using the mask choker in addition to a bit more enhance in the keyer.
Works ok, not great.

I tried adjusting the nested psd. I tried adjusting the layers, then the nest.
I tried making the still image import duration 60 seconds and then just cutting off the excess before I even started animating, but then when I need to make minor changes ie;make one psd nest 2 seconds longer, it will not let me change the duration at all.
I tried bringing the nest to the blank track above, and changing the nests duration in the viewer and it still behaved the same, not accepting in duration change.
Hmm

That looks like some HDR, or maybe some serious toning or a plug-in like topaz adjust. Or a combination of it all?
