    Hi,

All outputs are active on the card so it should work.

    Can you provide more details?

    1) Model of the monitor
    2) Model of your DeckLink card

  • Hi,

Sounds like you could be using the DeckLInk drivers instead of the Intensity drivers. Since Intensity and Intensity Pro cards do not have RS422 ports on them, the easy setups we supply will not check for serial ports, but the ones we supply for the DeckLink cards do so.

You can either adjust the easy setups so that deck control is set to not controllable, or use the Intensity drivers instead.

    Hi,

Looks like the unit is not recognized by the driver. Try uninstalling v3.5, download v3.4 from the website, run through the v3.4 installer so that the firmware gets updated. Then uninstall v3.4 and try upgrading to v3.5 again. If all goes correctly, you should be prompted to update the firmware for HDLink when going from v3.4 to v3.5.

    Hi,

First thing I would recommend is to check your capture settings. I presume you’re using Media Express to capture? Go into the Preferences and make sure you project format matches what your Xbox is sending out.

    Hi,

ProRes playback is fine. Are you using the Blackmagic easy setups in Final Cut Pro to configure your project?

    Hi,

Have a look at DeckLink Studio. It has analog component outputs with RS422 deck control and 4 channels of analog audio. It also hardware down converts which will be perfect for your needs.

    Hi Torsten,

    Please try this codec component:

You’ll need to unzip and copy or move it to the /Library/Quicktime folder.

[Denver Riddle] “The HDLink DisplayPort I assume uses the same mini display port popular on newer mac graphics cards and macbook pro. Please advise if this is correct. My apologies if this is a stupid question.

    Hi,

It uses a standard sized DisplayPort and not the mini version used by Apple.

  • Hi,

Is it really 24p or 23.98p? If it is 23.98, then choose the 1080p23.98 easy setup in FCP.

    Hi

Looks like your camera is down converting and sending SD video out of the HDMI connection. Check the camera settings and make sure down conversion is turned off.
