I have just purchased a HDLink Pro DisplayPort and downloaded the latest software 3.5. Installed OK and launches ok, however everything is greyed out.

I have checked the Apple system profiler and it sees the device. I have tried all USB ports on the Mac and numerous cables, but still does not seem to link through.

    Can anyone help please?

    Hi,

Looks like the unit is not recognized by the driver. Try uninstalling v3.5, download v3.4 from the website, run through the v3.4 installer so that the firmware gets updated. Then uninstall v3.4 and try upgrading to v3.5 again. If all goes correctly, you should be prompted to update the firmware for HDLink when going from v3.4 to v3.5.

    regards
