The DeckLinkPhotoshopHelper.bundle goes into ~/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/Blackmagic DeckLink/

It should be automatically installed. But if you’re having problems, try reinstalling the drivers again. Do remember to uninstall the existing drivers by using the “Uninstall Blackmagic” tool before installing the new drivers to minimise any conflicts.

Just a short note. Once the export option is selected, your broadcast monitor will only display Photoshop’s artwork. In order to get the desktop view back so that you can drag a window onto the video desktop, option-click while selecting the export option and click ‘Cancel’.
