    What is happening with BMD support, I have been sending emails for the past two weeks with NO REPLY, I won’t go into my issues on this public forum (yet!) but I need a response. Someone mail me back please

    OK – I’ve had enough, Blackmagic support does not exist, I’ll be buying a Kona 2 then – Anyone in the UK want to buy a Decklink Pro HD card? Just don’t expect support to help you at all!!!!

    Steve,

    Don’t they have telephones in the UK? We have had great experiences with support and they have been very helpful. We just stepped up to a Decklink HD Pro 4:4:4 and they’ve been awesome when we have issues. Sorry to hear that you’re doing so poorly.

    Unfortunately we are on the opposite side of the world to the wonderful land of Australia, when they are at the office we are asleep.

    Perhaps I’ll try getting up early next time I have a problem!
