I wonder if switching the project settings to Software Only would help?
I think the only other thing you can do is report this to Adobe. I’ve checked on their known issues page and nothing is mentioned about this.

I wonder if the confusion is that you’re talking about motion pathways, which I would take to mean the movement of the layers from their position, but your screenshots are focussed on the speed graph, which is about the acceleration curves of the properties.
If you are trying to manage the speed of the layers, it might be worth playing with the Smoother or using Rove Across Time.

That’s how Particle Systems II works I’m afraid. If you want to see it above your subject, you’ll need to add it to a new solid. If you want to use the Source Alpha Inheritance, you’ll need to use the Set Matte effect (or a copy of the original solid).

Something seems to have gone with your post, but I think you’re saying you’ve been stablizing hyperlapse footage at 5k in the past without a problem and now After Effects won’t start.
This sounds like a bug. Try downgrading and see if you can stablize again. If that is the case, you’ll need to report this to Adobe’s support.

That’s a strange coincidence, someone on the official Adobe forums has been asking about AE reading word docs and pushing out videos. Not exactly the same thing as this project, but I imagine it wouldn’t take too much adapting:

That’s a really gnarly piece of stock footage. I think you will be stuck going frame by frame to position and rotate your footage. Find a good podcast and use the Page Down to move forwards.

Have you tried rendering in Adobe Media Encoder?
What are the render settings for your GPU? Does software only get a faster result?
Try rendering out an image sequence (at least that way any frames wouldn’t be lost).
