Stabilisierungsproblem in AE
Ich hatte bisher keine Probleme damit, Hyperlapse-Aufnahmen in After Effects zu stabilisieren.
Nun aber, bei einer Auflösung von 5K (5120 x 2880) geht gar nichts. AE fängt nicht einmal an zu analysieren.
5K bearbeite ich erst seit meinem neuen Rechner mit i9-13000KF, ASUS RTX 4090, sowie DDR5 64GB.
Damit sollte das doch gehen.
Was kann das Problem sein?

Hi Jurgen,
Something seems to have gone with your post, but I think you’re saying you’ve been stablizing hyperlapse footage at 5k in the past without a problem and now After Effects won’t start.
This sounds like a bug. Try downgrading and see if you can stablize again. If that is the case, you’ll need to report this to Adobe’s support.

No, 5K never worked for me because my computer was too weak.
But now, with i9-13000KF, ASUS RTX 4090, and DDR5 64GB it should work.
I’ve now scaled down to 4K – 3840 x 2160. Still, it doesn’t even start analyzing. When I restart AE it starts analyzing and then stops after a short while (as if the cache is running out). It can’t be that this computer can’t handle it. Isn’t AE designed for this?

I wonder if switching the project settings to Software Only would help?
I think the only other thing you can do is report this to Adobe. I’ve checked on their known issues page and nothing is mentioned about this.

Problem solved for now!
I was connected to an Adobe supporter on my PC. Unfortunately, he couldn’t eliminate the phenomenon either.
But he suggested installing the BETA version. The problem doesn’t exist there.
So solved for now. Let’s see when the BETA is released as a normal version.
