Just to add to the answer.
If you want to do PAL resolution projects then set your project up to 768×576 and make sure you interpret the footage as square pixels in After Effects.
This will make your animations look perfect when you put them into a PAL resolution AE composition.
It’s a square (computer) v. non-square (video) pixel thing that we don’t need to get too detailed about here.

First thing that springs to mind is that you’ve dragged in the same asset a number of times. For example, you’ve got the main movie in there to play through fully. Then you also have the movie in there again to play chapters or somesuch. DVD SP has created a new track instead of referencing the track you already had in there.
Check through your tracks and see if you have any dupes. If you do, then get rid of one (probably two judging by the size being reported back) and make sure that you set all relevant connections to the main track remaining.
If you only want to play portions of your main track, then check out the Stories function.

Firstly ensure that you’re running the latest version, and have upgraded to v2.1. It was 2.1 that is needed to give AE 7 compatibility.
Get it from Red Giant.

Hi,
The simplest way would be just to multiply it by 10. Simply add “*10” at the end of your expression should work fine.
If you want to get a bit more complicated then you could use another interpolation expression command, like Linear(). You can find a good explanation here .

Take a look at the Boris Continuum halftone filter. You can do B&W dots, RGB dots, CMY or even CMYK. Very customisable and quick to render.

If you have a bit of cash to spend and you do a whole bunch of roto then you should take a look at:
Silhouette Roto, which has a whole bunch of great tools to help cut back on the number of keyframes you have to set, stabilising footage and the like.
or
Imagineer Systems Motor, which is truly incredible. It uses planar trackers, which do most of the heavy lifting for you. So you end up having to set a fraction of the keyframes than you would normally. It’s pricier than Silhouette, but niiiice. :o)

Make sure you have the Modes column turned on (it’s the second icon in the bottom left of the timeline window). That’ll sort it.

Render out as a Quicktime Animation file, millions of colors+ (so you have the alpha channel).
You can then put them straight into an FCP timeline, although you may have to render depending on the codec you’re using in FCP.
