The numlock did the trick! thanks …however i did have to hold CTRL while pressing the / which is on the same key as number zero on my laptop…
I will take John’s advice and probably-remap so another key serves this function….

I like the idea of cutting 60i and rendering PAL .mov file.
So do you think its best to cut in 60i HD 1920×1080? or should I cut in the NTSC DV Widescreen format?
What do you feel is the best way to convert the 24p material to 60i?

Solved…. ! you right click in Device Explorer….even though its blank…. and click ‘browse’ …go to the folder you want and the EX files will apppear…..then just batch import whatever you select..

Hi again Enrique…. I think i found the template you were talking about….it is in the second Main concepts related to MP4 ….indeed…i did a quick test and it was excellent!! and is the frame size you mentioned…1280×720…. I shoot everything in 1080i… so ….HQ….1080 60i as i deal with ntsc. do you shoot in 720p at 30p ?

I am having a little trouble finding the template you talk about.
I have a project created… HD 1920x108060i (29.970) when i go to main concepts mp4 i only see templates for Ipod …320×240 or 640×480…i cannot see the HD template for Mp4 that you refer to.
Could you give me more specific directions as to how to render an HD project in MP4 and preserve the HD quality?
