Decklink cards require an black(null) video source to embed the audio channels into to capture accurately.
The ability to embed analog audio into a digital video stream is the role of the multibridge.

January 9, 2006 at 4:00 am in reply to: Anyone with a real stable Decklink Windows system?Hi
When you refer to no control on Keyboard – do you mean JKL in Deck Control ? or in Premiere Capture mode ?
Is it possible for you to send your system profile. To obtain this go: start>run> msinfo32
save the NFO file as an attachment. It contains error messages and debug information which will assist me in fault finding. What NLE software are you using ? Premiere Pro 1.5.1 ?

Multbridge SD is capable of monitoring via Composite while the Component is being sent to a Deck.
This would permit monitoring of the output at the Multibridge.Additionally If you want to monitor what is being sent to the deck, use the monitoring option from the deck.
SDI to SDI option is available in HD Multibridges.

In using the Demo version of CCaption I was able to output an AVI which included close captioning.
Demo software story about three bears etc.The line numbers I had enabled were 18, 19 and 20. Additionally the monitor requires the support for Close captioning to be enabled.
