I recently bought a Decklink HD Pro card which was shipped with the wrong breakout cable. Blackmagic have been completely unhelpful about replacing this. They are not even responding to emails now.

Does anyone have a good contact there who has been helpful in the past and with whom you could help me get in touch. A telephone number and name would be great – or, second best, an email address and name.

Anyone else experienced this kind of crap with these guys?

    Hello,

I have been in email with BlackMagic in the Australia branch for tech support and they have always answered very fast within a few hours. Maybe your email did not get there or there was a problem somewhere?

    Hi Harry

Recommend contact your original reseller to organise a new cable.

Please let me know if you have any issues.
