It wouldn’t go below the taskbar….
First…go to view on the vegas toolbar and
select windows layout and press load default layout
and see if things come back in place.

Sometimes when these odd little clips bother me…i use
a free and versatile encoder called “Super” to convert
them into a format that Vegas reads easily.

Give it a try.

Only benefit you will gain using GPU graphics card in Vegas is
when you use a plugin that makes use of GPU processing…for
example “Red Giant Magic Bullet Looks” and “Prodad Vitascene”.

But still, having a GPU Graphics Card installed is a good idea.

Nothing is wrong with upgrading to 8.0c..There are many improvements.
If you have issues you can always revert back to 8.0b
But that’s worst case scenario.

One is for entry level users, the other is the professional
version with far more advanced features. So if costs is the
concern and you want the best version then sony noise
reduction is the best option for around $280 instead of the
$450 for soundsoap.
