SEE…Those are some of the reasons why i use it regularly
and highly recommends it.
As for your dropping frames, this handy little gem is the best tool
that eliminates this nag…..So i can presume that you are getting

Yep…Sony Vegas Pro 8 is the top dog.
The only thing Vegas cannot do with those M2ts files

This issue is causing a lot of confusion.
There is no Sony Vegas 9…All the Movie Studio versions
are geared for home users. The professional versions are just
named Sony Vegas # with the latest version being “pro 8″….
Masking is only available in the pro versions….which leads to
another confusion because you also have “movie studio Platinum Pro”

Added to all that…remember to lower the resolutions of your
images (make the images smaller using an image editing softwware)
if they are huge, before you import them in Vegas.Steve Rhoden

As you see you don’t have to switch…lol
Also nothing is wrong in having a version of after effects
running as a comrade with sony vegas…having these two in
ones workflow is pure heaven.
Also twixtor is the superior king over all other plugins in
