    you know how you drop the media or pictures on the timeline in vegas and it gives you a certain size on how long it will play. i know you just have to drag the left or right side of the media to make it smaller. but what if you have like 200 of them to match all the sizes. how do you do that together???

    Try: Options | Preferences… | Editing then change New still image length (seconds): to be whatever you want the new default to be. Then import your images.

    Added to all that…remember to lower the resolutions of your
    images (make the images smaller using an image editing softwware)
    if they are huge, before you import them in Vegas.
