Just the default settings for uncompressed quicktime or quicktime
using the animation codec should do the trick. You can also render
using quicktime photo-jpeg, if you want to cut down on file sizes

I personally have my secret formula of painting,
and writing on videos in vegas with the help of
the “Prodad Heroglyph” plugin.
I have this application doing things amazingly and

As John said it varies with the particular project you are
working on and an individuals preferred work-flow…for me,
I most often however create my visual effects sequences first
in after effects, export using the quicktime format and then
bring everything into Vegas for finishing.Steve Rhoden

There is a Handy little plugin (not free) called Still Motion
that can be found over at vasst.com that can make
things like what you are doing way easier and a lot more

Well you can try using another capture utility to see
if things captures correctly.
Most times i use WinDV to capture my DV footages and
CapDVHS to capture my HD footages…..
You don’t have to limit yourself to doing everything in Vegas
if their is a glitch somewhere. So try CapDVHS or HDVSplitSteve Rhoden

You really don’t need the disc to reinstall…you simply
can download the latest version and use your current serial
number then authorize the new version.
So first reinstall and after if the problem persists, you can
make another post and then we can easily guide you to a
