Seems to be some heavy artifacts involved, maybe from adding too much video fx etc.
When editing, tone down the colors a little and add effects
in moderation…adding too much of anything will result in
heavy compression of your images and nasty artifacts…like
maybe what you are seeing.
What were the processes you used in vegas before burning your

Yes it is possible, by easily using the masking feature while
having the same video on two timelines (one on top of the other) And keyframing the mask to track the movements.Steve Rhoden

That may be because you are using the professional version
of DVD Architect with the non-professional version of vegas.If you are using “Vegas Movie Studio 9” i would presume using
“DVD Architect Studio 4.5” would solve your problem.Steve Rhoden

They are incredibly accurate, easy to use and very efficient.

Download and install the latest version which is 8.0c and then see
if this pops up again during installation…but make sure
first that all files and folders pertaining to sony vegas
are properly un-installed and deleted.Steve Rhoden

First tell me what format these video files are in (if you can),
or where were they taken from?
This is common when you don’t have a specific codec installed
