You have nothing to worry about…its a simple fix…I dont have vegas open in front of me now, but go to the trimmer window and
disable the preview button or toggle them until you see your preview again.Steve Rhoden

First try downloading the latest update to vegas platinum 9 and see if it continues…..Vegas platinum may have some limitations if i was to offer pro solutions.

I agree with mike, simply use png files in vegas, they handle

That then could maybe be some file corruption of some sort….
Run the disc check utility (right click on your system drive
and select properties….under the tools tab you will see it)..
and restart your pc and when its done checking see if the

Are you trying to import a specific format of file?
Or this happens with all files you try to import?If the later of my question is correct….Try at least by

Just drag and drop the videoFX on the specific clip (event)
you want it on…
IF you drop it on the timeline everything on the timeline
