As i suspected…if you drop high resolution pictures
directly on the timeline and do your various settings
and edits, you will see resolution loss etc. in your final
render.
When working with hi-res pictures, its best to resize/reduce
them in an image editing software first. eg.(almost to the size
video you are making).

Don, ive researched this issue extensively, due to the fact
that proper lighting is of the utmost importance when shooting
your video.
So when you do have dark footage or footage like yours whats the
best solution?…Ive tried tons of filters & plugins in both Vegas
and After Effects (especially Curves)…and actually found out that using the “LEVELS” filter in Vegas yields the “best” results of all.

Spend some time tweaking it until you get familiar…im sure
you’ll get great result.

Is it pictures you rendering from the timeline?
if its that, are they of high resolution and you are
using Vegas to crop them?

Thats definitely a track motion issue Mike….I see a keyframe
below that cloud clip…..restore your track motion, but make sure
that there is no keyframe anywhere on the timeline.

Im just here kinda pondering if you have a trojan/virus etc
on your system, that maybe is kinda causing this and other issues.
Do a thorough scan of things, i usually recommend “malwarebytes”
You would be surprised at some of the things these pests throw
out of whack on your system.

seems that maybe some of these clips are corrupt.
