Some of the new Canon cameras are going to shoot in 50Mbps, is Vegas able to handle that?

If you have Sound Forge, it comes with a Noise Reduction plug in that you can use. You have to have it “learn” the noise profile (in a section of the audio that is ONLY the buzz) and then apply it…works great!

A fifth or octave would be the interval for a really deep bass (using pitch shift), I would google audio FX and look for some tutorials on that…

This is what I would use….I guess I mis-wrote about background, but it would look at object contours and not pay as much attention to the other things…I see nothing like this in Version 2

Are those different programs? I am not familiar with them..Also I had been able to use Mercalli V1 for something similar, you could choose to have it pay attention to the background instead of what was in the foreground (such as shapes of the stage and so on) you could choose to harmonize a pan shot an it worked way better….hence why I thought V2 would work as well…

Did you go to the Blackmagic settings and pick the inputs you desire…it is under control panels…I made a shortcut onto my desktop for mine..good luck!

If you are using a 64 bit OS, make sure you are looking under the “program files x86” folder and under Sony. Sound Forge is a 32 bit application…hope this is the problem!! Be sure to look for the .exe file….

Are you using track motion or pan/crop for the effect? Do you have any other f/x on? And just like John, what is your native format and render format? I had some weird things like this going from m2t to MP4 and changing the output size….

One one of my computers that does not have built in esata, I just got an adapter those lets me go from an internal sata to an esata bracket that goes into an empty bracket on the back of the computer. It is NOT hot swappable…so I have to make sure my external drive is on before I start up the computer and also never turn it off when the computer is on…but it saves buying an esata adapter card and gives me the speed I need…
