This is a known issue on Lion with 8.0.1. A fix for this will be available in the upcoming 8.1.

You can use the Wipe-Offline mode to do this, but you will not get live playback as this uses the gallery interface to provide the functionality.

You can right-click on the color page viewer, and change the Ref Mode. Everything you hit Stop, or switch into a new clip, the reference image will update.

Yes you can add the same clip to left and right folder and choose whether you want to use left or right eye in media pool.

Could you please make sure the reel number option in the config page is enabled? If it is not enabled, reel numbers are effectively disabled in the system everywhere. I think the option is called – “Assist using reel numbers”.

Please make sure the Resolve dongle is securely plugged in. You can also try downloading Resolve Lite to see if you have the same problem.

You can use the Split/Join function on the master session. I’m assuming you are just using the master session and not other timelines.

On the color page:

Split – shift + J
Join – J
