this is (often) due to clogged heads on your deck/camera. Clean your player 2 or 3 times, and it may do the trick.
If you do not have a head cleaner, here is a trick that can help. Use an old tape with worthless footage, put it in your player, hit PLAY, then while it is playing, hold down fast forward for about 30 sec and then hold down REWIND for about 30 seconds. This is a poor man’s way of clearing up head clog in a pinch. Just had to do the same thing today myself as a matter of fact.

This is simple.
Just use your title tool or photoshop to make some white dots, overlay them over your video and then apply a DIRECTIONAL BLUR to them. Watch your angle, I think for horizontal blur you want 90. You can adjust the length of the blur. If it is a moving shot, then you will have to keyframe to match. Pain. Such is the price of what we do…

Which dissolve? Use the Cross Dissolve for the smoothest fades.
If this does not give you good results (which it always has with my projects) then you could just overlap the two clips on two different layers, and then set 2 opacity keyframes on the top clip and make it go from 0% to 100%. That will do the same thing as a fade.
Check also the quality setting on your program monitor window on your machine, (right click on the program monitor) make sure it is set to high quality,and then make sure to render your footage.

I use alpha channeled footage in PPro all of the time, no real problems.

Go to WINDOW–>Effects Controls
At the top, spin down the triangle by MOTION
To turn on keyframing, select the STOPWATCH looking symbol.
Set a keyframe at the beginning of the clip at normal (360x 240y)and also set a keyframe for the SCALE, and leave it at normal 100%
Then move later in the clip and set another keyframe that aligns you with the desired area and also set a keyframe for SCALE that scales up the image to the desired size.
If you want to EASE IN or EASE OUT of your motion so that it starts or stops smoothly, right click on the keyframes and select either ease in or ease out (ease out for first keyframe, ease in for ending keyframe)

The only 2 ways around this (kind of) that I know of would be to:
1. Turn off all OTHER audio layers except for the one in question
2. Set your work area bar over all of the affected audio in that track
3. Do a File-Export-Audio of just that area
4. Bring that exported audio (which now has all of your keyframed audio) back into your timeline and replace the old one, or put it into another track and then just mute the original track
5. You may have to go along and cut it up and then link the sections to the various video clips.or
Nest that audio track by itself into a sequence and then drag that sequences audio into your current sequence.

I have the same problem, with no apparent rhyme nor reason to when the random frames appear, or often, small portions of the greenscreen reappear.

It will use whatever compression settings you have selected in the SETTINGS box when you export. You can set it to uncompressed AVI (none). Just look into your settings.
