1.) You can make the dynamic rope a couple of ways but i would use hair,
take a spline (loads of points), in hair tags add spline dynamics, then you can se a contraints to conect it to your hanging object. Then as the balls move the hair will follow.

You could also use a IK chain to do the same thing then you could avoid constraints…but then you run into ik… so its fun eitherway.

2.) Put a vibrate tag on your camera for the random movement.

    3) ???

Thats sounds the same as when the camera is set to down convert. In the menu on the camera there is two arrows in there it has all the rec/playback options one says down convert.

I havent used that camera but with the Z1 has a down convert option so if it shot in 1080i you can capture either hdv or DV. So you need to make sure that your camera is outputing HDV. THe best way to capture is to put your “easy” settings to hdv 60i.
    good luck

render it. If its big render a smple piece. Set your render settings to precision render too that will help…takes longer but your file wont be any bigger.

you can test if it is drop frames by turning on the “warn of drop frames” option in the user prefrences menu.
You can avoid dropping frames by lowering your playback resloution (rt playback drop menu in the top left corner of your timeline)

One is multiplying the other. Try a different blend. If that doesnt work you could crop your lower 3rd edge below the patch? hope fully that cleans it up.

that is a common occurance when the moniter is not connected but then you get a warning, I would think you are trying a to export using the wrong video playback option (found right under the external frames) it will default back to NONE with out warning then too.

you dont need to do a full export from motion to import into DVDSP. You can import the motion file directly as an asset through the “file” menu it might sort that out for you.

  • I went from an apple display to a HP and I have no complaints.

NTSC uses a upper dominance…but if you exported from cinema that way too I am not sure what that would do.
What are your export settings from AF?
