rigging does not duplicate your mesh so the extra mesh you have must be from another operation.

In the object manager (top right) there is a set if circles next to each object.
The top one is to set visibile for viewer on(green) off (red)
The bottom circle sets visablitly for render.

That is perfect, Thank you .
I am still playing with the body texture…I wasnt sure if I would catch on to the baking thing in time so if this failed I didnt have to make any changes.

    Thanks again.

There was a great thread at 3d attack a while back but most of the links with file examples are dead now…but i did manage to find this file from rui mac on my hd that I uploaded.

There is a tutorial for making basic waves with cloth remaining at 3d attack…but it is pretty outdated now.

I use this plugIn (same as I pointed to in your other post)…https://www.add-the-sea.de/eng/
for making waves or coastlines…you can easly make the water interact with objects and it is extremely fast to render.

    hope this helps.

I am not sure what they used for that but the water could have easly been done with add-the-sea plugin for cinema.

press cmd- B on a mac
    or ctrl – B on a pc

this will open up the render settings you can pick from tons of options…

Exporting to FCP has some thigs you should think about…if you go DVpal or DVntsc you dont need to render anything but if you go Animation you will get to preview in realtime but you will have to render eventually. Animation is bettter quality though…DVpal/ntsc looks great too.

then after you set up your render hit shift – R

What projection type are you using to apply the textures? some of them move with the camera.

or Right click on the object and in Cinema 4d tags choose stick texture.
