Highlight your sequence in the Project Bin, right click and send to Audition. Audition will open up all the Multicam audio on separate tracks. Then Export To Premiere Pro with each track as a stem, choose create new audio track and you should get all your expanded audio back on the right tracks.

So, just for grins, make a subclip from one of your clips in Prelude and send it to PPro.

There’s a track mapping icon at the head of each track in a multicam sequence that will let you send which track you want wherever you want it.

Option click on the video portion. Then Control C.

So in the meantime, open the the Multicam clip in its own timeline and move all the clips down to tracks 1 & 2.

And you can do all of that and more from inside Prelude. Multiple encodes to multiple bitrates to custom folders that show up as bins that populate a PPro project with one click.

Prelude makes excellent folders/keywords/subclips for use in FCPX.

Highlight the clip in the bin, right click, New Sequence From Clip, pan how you want. Use this sequence as a replacement for the clip and if you don’t like seeing a sequence in your timeline you can set it up to show as a clip (no renaming necessary) and the pan info will remain intact.
