Thanks. I’d given up on anyone even trying to tackle this. I’ve posted this everywhere (Apple, Facebook forums, Reddit) and nobody has ever replied.
And no, your suggested action makes no difference. Waiting to get between jobs and just blow the box up and start over. Seems like my only hope.

Well, try it and then tell us. I don’t know what fonts you used or what sizes and some will hold up better than others. If the titles are all locked down this is what I’d try first.

Couldn’t you nest your title track at 1920 then bring it in as a layer in the 2560 and just use Set To Frame Size?

Under Dynamic Media I unchecked everything, checked only Camera Angle and then saved that preset. After making sure that preset was selected the Camera Angle column was active in the panel.
And yes, the image on the left is of the full res clips showing angle and proxy attached. The image on the right is showing how the proxies of those clips are displayed ie with Angle info that matches the full res. I sent just the proxies over to another workstation and they open just the same without the full res being on that system.

Actually just resetting all the options under Dynamic Media cleared this up for me.

You can do it in Prelude. It pretty much requires you know how to use every part of the ingest workflow. Transfer without transcoding, transcoding to a custom proxy setting, build a custom metadata schema for the angle, rename the proxy files. It’s not super complicated just a lot to do. But you’ll end up with proxies with a custom field for your camera info. I don’t know your workflow so I can’t say this would even work for you. There may be another way to add the angle info or if the custom info would even override the preset Camera Angle field. Or how that would even work with Multicam. It’s quite possible I don’t know shit now that I look at the hole I’ve dug here! Cheers!

Try using something other than the Camera Angle field. I’ve found it to be inconsistent with metadata carrying over to the proxies. Never had a problem with just a keyword or a real basic field like contributor or description. Might could work.
