You’ll find pathMATE at https://www.tcastudios.com -> xfiles
that’s meant for re pathing textures and such.
By repathing to your tex folder it will print any missing
textures in the console and what materials/channels
even hidden/not used channels.Cheers

April 14, 2010 at 11:33 pm in reply to: Baking Keyframes to a cinema 4D camera for Export to MayaSince your camera is a child of Nulls you need to
connect its Global Matrix to a second Cameras Global Matrix
This second camera should be outside your hierarchy
(and placed last in the OM with no parent).
Now you can bake this second camera.(Timeline->Functions->Bake Object). For export to Maya, try FBX.
Or get a chan importer for Maya (Google for it)
and get SteadyCHAN to export a chan file from Cinema. If you use SteadyCHAN you only need to select your original camera
(No Baking or extra camera involved)https://www.tcastudios.com -> xfiles -> SteadyCHAN

If the texture (ie your PSD ) and the geometry is proportionally equal,
first set to flat projection, then rotate the texture gizmo to face
its z axis toward the geometry,
then right click the tex tag and “Fit To Object”.Since your geometry and psd are sprung from the same source
it should work fine.Cheers

Simply put, the Matrix contains all PSR vectors.
Then you only need one “wire” to get it all (Position, scale, rotation). The global position, scale and rotation are extracted from the matrix,
for the cases you only want one or two of the parameters.Cheers

You could make a new Camera, place it last in the ObjectManager,
then via xpresso connect the original cameras GlobalMatrix
to the new cameras GlobalMatrix.
Now you can bake the new camera.Cheers

You can import your new composition into the AE project you have.
Then select each old layer and Alt+Drag the new layer
(from the project window) on top of the old selected to replace it.Cheers

But if you tile (Using the Tiled cam) 4×4
then you should make your output half size.
(Width /2 and Height/2) or you will end up
with 4 renders -each- 27988 pixels wide.Cheers
