You could automate it using align-to-spline expressions and the stage object to switch cameras (if needed), or you could use a plugin like SteadyCamPRO which is available for purchase here https://www.tcastudios.com/ (no connection but a happy customer).

Another way in case you don’t want to buy a plug-in is to convert your AE scene into C4D environment (quite long and might not be a short cut in case of few targets), it’s described on this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9U4EQtOiyA (I know it’s in russian but it’s easily understandable anyway).
