Are you using Premiere Pro? If so, just right click on the audio clip and adjust Audio Gain right on the timeline

I’m in the midst of Beta testing the newest Axio release, 2.0, I obviously can’t say too much but . . .those who seek WYSIWYG performance from Axio for AE, as well as other 3rd party apps, will not be disappointed.

No native support. . .yet…it is being worked on.
For now you would have to transfer the files via firewire in order to use them on Axio.

by making a keyboard short cut for the commands – “source clip next” and “source clip previous”
i can then select the clips, trim the in and out points and overlay or insert them into the timeline without touching the mouse!

I can’t find Keyboard Commands in the list for Source Clip Next or Previous, where are these commands? Thanx for the hint . . .

there is no command for this at the moment, I am trying to convince Adobe to add some more keyboard commands that would represent a mouseless editing workflow.

October 14, 2005 at 10:49 pm in reply to: Why are you shooting 24P?

Hi Dave, I use it when I want that particular”look” that the 24P gives me, totally an aesthetic choice, unless we are talking about a posible film out. Also remember the “economy” of shooting 24P, less stress on the computer, smaller file sizes, etc. . .

    my .02 cents

October 13, 2005 at 11:14 pm in reply to: How do you recapture clips

Rt. click on one of the bad clips in the bin

    Choose Unlink Media

A window will open and ask if you want to keep the media or if you want to delete it. Since the audio is bad I would assume you would Delete the file.

    Confirm the Deletion

Rt. click the clip again and choose Batch Capture

    That should do it.

    Hope this helps
