A 30 second spot is small enough to be emailed.  If client is looking for shot and logo placement then this works.</p>

I disabled each track one by one. i would start with the top track and hit render. if it failed then it was not track one&#8230;..on and on until you disable a track and all renders properly. then the clips on that track have an issue.</p>

If it 1920&#215;1080 then the &#8220;wonderful life&#8221; footage will probably look better. Was the footage of you shot in 4k? Fitting you into 1920&#215;1080 won&#8217;t change the way you look.  I would leave your settings as is.  The black and white footage looks pretty good to me. You could save your project and then change your&hellip;</p>

But i only did a move down.</p>
<p>It looks like you have keyframes other than y.</p>
<p>Maybe you have some phantom keyframes.</p>

<p>Right now i am editing football footage that is 29.98 upper field.</p>
<p>When i step forward or backward in source the i see the individual fields, then when i stop 2 seconds <span>later the 2 fields resolve and i get a normal image.</span></p>
<p>This sounds sort of like what you are experiencing.</p>

<p>There is a setting for playback and another for still.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the wrench icon.</p>

I would disable elements or tracks to find the culprit.</p>

<p>In legacy Final Cut 7 you could put any size fill clip into any size matte clip and have 0 problems.</p>
<p>i have used Andys Better 3D to overcome Premiere&#8217;s failure.</p>
<p>On the Track Matte Key layer apply Andys Better 3D ABOVE the Track Matte then adjust Z position.</p>
<p>Done.</p>
