If you nest a clip, and change the nested clip, you’ll unrender it if the nested clip is what was rendered. Instead, render a sequence before you nest it, add those audio filters to it, and not to the nest. You’ll find it keeps it’s renders better I think.
If you need to add the same filter to a lot of clips, just add it to one, change it’s parameters, then select multiple clips and add that modified filter to them en masse. There are reasons to nest always but in general, I really think it’s easier to NOT nest if it can be avoided.
