December 30, 2011 at 5:29 pm in reply to: BCC7 Where to find current installed version numberOn Windows machine the best way is to go to the “Control Panel” and then go to “Uninstall Programs” This will list all programs installed on your system and the far right column will show you the exact version number for each product.

Try setting the resolution to full and then saving the project(even if the text has disappeared.) Close out of After Effects and reopen the project. Let me know if the works.

October 11, 2011 at 4:51 pm in reply to: Cant se Final Effects in Adobe Premiere PRO CS5/5.5Hello Rai,
If you are on a PC, when running the installer try selecting Custom Install rather than Complete Install. This will allow you to make sure that CS5/CS5.5 are selected as the host and also set the installation location if it is incorrect. It should be as follows:
C:Program Files>Adobe>Common>Plug-ins>>MediaCore

October 11, 2011 at 4:44 pm in reply to: Boris FX Chroma Key installation problems with Premiere CS4Hi Matthias,
Peter is correct. If they are not in that mediacore folder you would want to run the installer again and select Custom install rather than Complete. Doing so will allow you to first make sure that CS4 is selected and also set the install location if it is incorrect.

Hello Bart,
When you run the installer try selecting Custom install rather than Complete. Doing so will take you to an option page for which host you want to install to, make sure the CS5.5 is selected. Once it’s selected it should show you the install path and allow you to change it if it is not correct. It should be as follows:
C:Program Files>Adobe>Common>Plug-ins>CS5.5>MediaCore

Hello,
What you will need to do is once in Avid Media Composer, select the title in the timeline and go into the effect editor. Click the Edit Title button. Click somewhere in the text window and then save the title.
Thank You
