3D object disappears in BCC 7

Try setting the resolution to full and then saving the project(even if the text has disappeared.) Close out of After Effects and reopen the project. Let me know if the works.

Yes, that works. I have done that a couple of times now as I said in my original post. But it’s a little annoying to have to quit AE every time. Do you have another solution? Regards, Itamar

Hi Itamar,

Are you using the most recent version of BCC 7? You should be using BCC 7.0.7.

Also, you might want to drop the polygon count in the Render Group located at the top of the Extruded Text filter to see if that helps.

Hi Peter,
This is strange; I went to the Boris website, but I could only find the 7.0.6 update; no 7.0.7!
I’m using the extruded spline filter and there is no polygon count in that filter as far as I can see now.
