whoa, whoa, whoa…. You have 200 some odd clients, and are cutting on one of their ACADEMIC versions of Composer that you installed?
Sounds like we have a THEIF in our Midst. PAY FOR THE FULL VERSION!

Two words: Automatic Duck.
Google search on those, and purchase a copy, it will relieve your FCP to Avid headaches.

You may need a trip to the attic to get this bin back in place for use. MOB is a media Object. If a clip in the bin was damaged, it can damage the structure of the bin to the point where it’s just toast. The attic will contain copies of your bins recently in use. Pull the latest one out to your desktop, and then open it via the open bin dialog box AFTER you’ve re-opened the project.

You will need a Mojo to work at 1:1 with that version of AXP. You can find information on the Mojo on Avid’s website.

You could get info on them and they will tell you what they think they are.
Sounds like corrupt parts to me, like something was being saved when a crash happened.
Delete. if you can’t delete, and this is OSX, you will need to delete as the ROOT user.

Yes. We use about 15 systems with that exact configuration daily.

No, it will NOT work, please don’t waste your time.
When the release notes say vista is supported, then you can go for it.

I ran into this recenly.. my guess would be you’ve recenly upgraded!
Remove the Avid Editing software, the Avid DIO and any digidesign audio drivers on your system (yes, they WILL be there).
Then install your software again.
