Backup error

When I am backing up project files to an external FW drive I get a sporadic error message on some projects. “…..syntax error 6

You could get info on them and they will tell you what they think they are.
Sounds like corrupt parts to me, like something was being saved when a crash happened.
Delete. if you can’t delete, and this is OSX, you will need to delete as the ROOT user.
