Hi Jon,

1. No, I didn’t. I also restarted my computer to check for this and have a fresh launch of Premiere Pro.
2. I did see the yellow hazard icon and the message was related to a resolution change on the monitor, so it advised to restart PPro to avoid any issues, I did that and the issue remained.
3. Nope, I haven’t unplugged it and the connection is stable, I can use it with other software and it works as expected, is not mirroring.

The only modification I did in the past few days is attach a third monitor, which required a driver to work, due to the fact that it is connected via USB, not the usual mini port/Thunderbolt port on my iMac. I tried getting the external monitor to be detected with the third one both attached and not, but without success.

Perhaps Indesign would be better? You can set up the numbering as an index page.

Save the image as a tiff bitmap file, which is going to make it very high contrast, and then import it on Illustrator, everything white will be gone, everything black you can colorize it any color you want from within Illustrator.

It’s easier to take a screenshot, if you must have it saved from illustrator, then use a thin black stroke, export as jpg, tif or png and turn off antialiasing, then in Photoshop increase contrast so you get the jagged edges you see in outline mode again.

My guess is blending modes are not translating accurately between the two color spaces.
Post the file here if you can, that will be helpful.

That happened to me once a long time ago, honestly I can’t remember what was the issue, so here are a few things that come to mind:

check the image is in the rgb or cmyk space, not index.
trash your preference file.
drag the image from one document to a different one, preferably one that has a layer(s) already.
check the same file in a different computer.
