  • Hello there

Use moccha is it inside of ae. It has much better tracker control. The basic idea of tracking is to find a big contrasted piece on the video if you haven’t try to add more contrast or less brightness to make ideal preset for tracking. Basically you never needs to move the tracking control window.

    Hello there,

I understand the issue you’re facing.

It’s possible that the barn doors on your Aputure Light Storm Mini 20 lights are not holding in place due to a loose or damaged attachment mechanism. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, Aputure does not offer replacement parts for the barn doors on the Mini 20 lights.

But there are some potential solutions you can try out

Tighten the screws: Check the screws that hold the barn doors in place to make sure they are tight. If they’re loose, tighten them with a screwdriver to see if that helps the barn doors hold in place.

Use a different attachment mechanism: You could try using a third-party attachment mechanism, such as a small clamp or clip, to hold the barn doors in place.

You could attach the clip to the barn doors and then clamp it onto the frame of the light.

Use gaffer tape: Another option is to use gaffer tape to hold the barn doors in place.

This is not a permanent solution though, but it could be a fast fix for a temporary situation.

Try Contacting Aputure: In case none of these solutions is working for you, maybe you should contact Aputure customer support to see if they have any additional suggestions or solutions for you

    THANKS

  • I see. Based on the video you shared, it seems that the stuttering issue you’re experiencing is due to the sudden change in animation from keyframed to dynamic simulation.

When the dynamics are turned on, the simulation starts from scratch, and this can cause the stuttering effect you’re seeing.

One way to address this issue is to use a transition period between the keyframed animation and the dynamic simulation. This will allow the simulation to smoothly transition from the keyframed animation and avoid any sudden changes that may cause stuttering.

To do this, you can create a separate timeline track for the dynamic simulation and gradually increase the dynamics’ influence over time.

This can be done by adjusting the keyframes of the dynamics’ settings, such as the mass, stiffness, and damping, to gradually increase their values over time. You can also adjust the timeline of the keyframed animation to overlap with the simulation timeline to create a smooth transition.

Another approach you can try is to bake the keyframed animation into the dynamic simulation. This involves converting the keyframed animation into a cached simulation that can be used as a starting point for the dynamic simulation. This can help avoid sudden changes in the simulation and create a smoother transition.

I hope this helps you address the stuttering issue you’re experiencing in your Cinema 4D animation. Let me know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

  • Hello Armand

You are using the Collect Files function correctly; it is frequently used to gather all the project-related files in one place.

You can use the “Collect Files…” function again and choose the option “Collect Source Files” rather than “Collect Files,” which will only collect the files that are used in the current composition, to update your.aep file with new files without changing the directory setup.

Use of project management software, which offers collaboration and version control features and enables you to keep all your project files and assets in one location, is another workflow to take into account. Asana, Trello, and Monday.com are a few examples.

KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN ANSWERED CORRECTLY TO SUIT YOUR SATISFACTION

  • Hello Jeff,

You’re guessed right and you’re in your right mind

Tessellation, which can add more detail to 3D models when rendered, can be enabled on 3D models using the RS object tag in Cinema 4D. However, by default, tessellation can smooth out the sharp edges and corners of a model, which can result in the loss of certain defining edges.

You can try the following steps to keep some defining edges while using tessellation:

Choose the item to which you want to apply tessellation.

To the object, add the RS object tag.

Set the “Max Edge Length” setting to a lower value in the RS object tag’s “Tessellation” tab. As a result, only those portions of the model where the edges are longer than the desired length will experience tessellation.

maintaining the model’s original edges in the process.

Additionally, you can change the “Subdivision Level” setting to change how much tessellation is applied to the model.

Additionally, you can specify particular edges that should be kept as sharp edges even after tessellation by using the “Crease” attribute. The “Crease Weight” value in the RS object tag needs to be changed after you’ve chosen the edges you want to define as creases.

It’s important to keep in mind that these settings might behave differently depending on the particular model you’re working with, so you might need to experiment a bit to get the desired outcome.

  • Hello there,

If you’re rendering with Team Render, it’s probable that the difficulty you’re having is brought on by issues with vibrate tag synchronization between many workstations. You might try switching the synchronization settings for the vibrate tags from “Every Frame” to “All Frames” to see if it resolves the problem. To see if the problem still exists, you might also try producing the sequence on a single machine.

    THANKS

  • Hello Brian

    Yes, there is a fix

Try to use apply texture on region or object and you can also check the video I screen recorded to put you through

I will like to hear from you after trying these

    Thanks

    Best regards

    Yea

That’s a good option to try out as I mentioned earlier

Kindly let me know if getting an upgraded GPU solved it
