Any suggestions of what to try first? Or if there’s a combination of effects that might sort this out?
    Thanks,

    Hi,
I’ve found that i can play the files in Quicktime and hit record in Audition and it will record in real time which seems okay. I’ll look up the converter suggested.
    Thanks,

    Hi David,
That’s what i thought about doing initially but each render takes three or four minutes on my machine so i’d have to baby-sit the renders for about three hours so i’d rather spend time setting up a queue then just letting it get on with it.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
Thanks. Does AE import each sequence as a separate compostion? Can i do a global export format that will apply to all clips?
    Thanks again,

    Jim,
thanks – i’ll try that as the render had failed about about two thirds of the way in and maybe buy some more memory.

    Hi,
i’m a little confused here – so PPro edits natively in DV? In order to edit Beta SP i need supporting Hardware & codecs? Can i get the footage captured elsewhere, put on a Hard drive and import the files into PPro, installing the codec, and keep the quality in a software only environment?
