    Hi,
I’ve got some recordings from a digital dictaphone that are .AMR format. Audition doesn’t read them or interperate them. They will play in Quicktime though. Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Tim

Did you try to rename them? Can you record from the dictaphone to the computer, that certainly would be the easiest way … WILLIE

Google turns up several converters from amr to wav – eg https://www.gromkov.com/faq/faq2004-0087.html

    Hi,
I’ve found that i can play the files in Quicktime and hit record in Audition and it will record in real time which seems okay. I’ll look up the converter suggested.
    Thanks,
    Tim
